These are electronic databases, search engines, and other online resources that are available to residents of each state. Any unique log-in and identification requirements are listed under the source. Resources can be used from home, unless otherwise noted.

There may also be online resources and databases available for free through your local public library. Check your local library's web page for more information.

California State University Stanislaus
This is a list of databases available at this university. The ones that are marked as not being access restricted are available for the public to use.

University of California at Irvine
Click on "E-research at the libraries" to search newspapers, select web pages, dictionaries, and online journals.

University of California at Los Angles (UCLA)
While many of these databases and journals are restricted to UCLA students, there are many available for all users. Look for the links with a green broken lock next to them to see which ones are free to the general public.
